The Teen Parent Mentor Program at the YWCA of Greensboro supports expectant and parenting adolescents so they will stay in school and deliever and raise healthy children. Program participants support each other, receive support from a mentor, are less likely to have subsequent teen births and are more likely to continue their education. YWCA’s Teen Parent Mentor Program is just one of the programs funded by United Way of Greater Greensboro to address issues of Education in the vision of Growing Successful Kids.
