hot topic is cool. lol. eh. jc pennys has sooo much, suprisingly. i have a couple things from dillards. they have an amazing number of choices, but its a little too sophisticated for me. i do like aeropostale too, but i agree with you that everyone has those brands. kohls is a good place. Vanity is a good place, most of the time. happy shopping.

go to macys and raid their juicy couture section! trust me i have like all juicy,and i am pretty much the only one at my scholl that actually wears it because it is so expensive, =) and it is really godd material and you stand out from the crowd which is excatly what you want i am guessing.

Definitely Forever 21! It is cheap but the stuff is cute. Also check out H&M, very trendy and reasonable too.
