Well yes, but some things are just plain stupid. Spending hours on end in a tanning bed will give you cancer and taking steroids will up your organs. Liking who you are and not spending all of your time worrying about looking a certain way is a much better lifestyle. But you ready gotta have mental stability to do it, and these people usually have issues that make them so obsessed with their appearance.
