Teen program participants took a college tour to explore their higher education options. The girls talk about their obstacles: racial stereotyping, poverty, gang culture, learning disabilities, self-esteem issues and lack of support, as well as how Step Up impacted their lives.
Step Up Women’s Network is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to strengthening community resources for women and girls.
