This is a much requested tutorial using drugstore makeup aimed at teens, those who are starting out in makeup and the budget conscious. Only two shadows are used!
I think drugstore makeup has come a long way in recent years, but as the quality has increased so have the prices. To get the most out of drugstore makeup I would recommend using the testers on display to their full advantage. I normally swatch on my hand and leave it on for a couple of hours to see what it looks like in natural light and how it wears etc.

Milani have a GREAT NEW product out called Crystal Eyez sparkling eyeshadow that come in six color (that I’ve seen and bought). It was buy one get next 1/2 off. They are US $6.99. I put my shadow on then i use a small tiny brush and squeeze some milani crystal eyez on to the tip of the brush and dab it across my shadow. VERY PRETTY! I am not starting out or anything, but that Mascara has been my drugstore fav for years when not using the high end emes. I love Rimmel, if you pick and choose you can find some awesome colors. 5*’s…as always gorgeous looks. Perfect tut for those starting out and also for those who are not!

this is a great vid as i was going to buy satin taupe from MAC but considering the rimmel metallic shadow is so similar i think il just get that instead. I do like Mac ive some of their products but if i can find a dupe for them and get more value for my euro i always go for the dupe.
