How to customize your standard maternity clothing,
Choose ‘plan outfit’ at the clothing dresser BEFORE your sim starts showing pregnant!
Then choose one of the maternity shirts wich are used standard.
Then give ‘em a brand new look!
I’m not sure if you can also choose other shirts for pregnancy.
Pants are most of the time the sporty pants, but other pants can also be used if i’m
not mistaken.

I meant before your sim is pregnant like in the video. Ive had many pregnant sims,its mainly what I do in the sims,make families and generations so I think I should know.

You don’t buy …
You don’t buy clothes in the Sims 3. All the clothes that are loaded into your game are available when you go to the dresser.
Just plan an outfit (you can also have multiple outfits for each category!)
