This look is a lighter version of my Breakfast at Tiffany’s makeup video with a detailed description of how to apply false eyelashes. When I was in my teens this was how I wore my makeup to formals and parties.
If you want to exaggerate the look, then choose fuller, thicker false lashes and maybe opt for a darker grey or black eyeshadow in place of the brown/taupe shadow.

It’s really personal choice. I prefer when I do an only top heavy eye to not do anything to the bottom lashes. But in saying that, if you’re lashes are blonde it might look strange having black lashes on top and light lashes on the bottom!!!
