It may not be as interesting since many of those names are fairly old-fashioned and/or common…but there’s some cool surnames that could be used as first names (like Willoughby, Darcy or Elliot).

The name Malcolm makes me think of the short-lived Sci-Fi series Firefly. The captain was named Malcolm, and everyone called him Mal.

My faves for the girls were Juliet, Ophelia (love both those names), Helena (I like the “Hel-AY-nuh” pronunciation best), Celia and Viola (also reminds me of “She’s The Man” lol). And for the boys, Orlando, Leonardo (love the nickname Leo) and Lysander.

Great list! My most favourite name in the world is Edmund, which is from King Lear, and Orlando is in my top 3. Malcolm, Sebastian and Leonordo are on my list, too. For girls, I love Rosaline (which is also in Romeo and Juliet), Juliet and Viola.
