    Seriously, nothing …
    Seriously, nothing helped with my morning sickness but the start of my second trimester. I would say if there’s any smell or food you like use it! Of course avoid anything that makes you sick at all, which can also be sights not just smells. (Like the sight of raw meat cooking)

    Overall, don’t blame yourself and I hope it doesn’t last long for anyone who has it.

    BRILIANT, to not have morningsickness, you have to eat salty foods, and to avoid swelling you must stay clear of salty foods. great advice
