    The republicans are just mad because they wanted a pitbull wearing lipstick in the Whitehouse! Just like any other American Obama is free to get whatever kind of dog he wants. I happen to like his choice as it does seem like a really cool breed. I am also glad that he gave a donation to the humane society even though the dog came to him as a gift from Kennedy instead of a shelter.
