    spotting doesnt involve taking all the weight. its taking excess weight at the end of a rep when your muscles are fatigued. The lifter will already have the majority of the weight

    i cant bench that but i also dont need to. his title is “from fat to fitness” but your not going to get fit if you do 2, 3 reps of something, i dont care how much weight it is, it just doesnt work that way.
