In Sierra Leone, one in eight women risk dying during pregnancy or childbirth. This is one of the highest maternal death rates in the world.

    Why do those women …
Why do those women keep getting pregnant and having babies, knowing they are poor and can’t take care of them. It’s a shame.

    Something has to be …
Something has to be done to protect these women in Africa , but also to cut down on the number of unwanted pregnancies to start with . It is a problem even in the USA to get decent child birth treatment if you are poor . This video is very sad . Unfortunately we all have to help individually because in the USA , we give no help or foreign aid to Africa out of our tax dollars . If you don’t believe it google vulture loans , we are the only major nation that honors them .

    Unfortunately baby …
Unfortunately baby delivery is barbaric in the USA to this day . The very fact that OBGYN have women lie down to deliver babies is beyond stupid . They are fighting gravity . Water births , birthing chairs , even standing up is a better option . Then they grasp the babies head and pull , unecessary and dangerous . Most babies then have neck allignment issues , so much so , that htere are chiropractors who specialize in treating these injuries . It is actually safer to have the baby at home .
