Perhaps your question shows that ignorance is the most costly commodity we have in this country. Why do people need to look to the government for encouragement or inspiration as to make any decisions in their life? Is not maybe the answer that the fault lies with the individual and their parents for not pointing out that this is a country where the opportunity to pursue happiness is guaranteed; achieving happiness itself is not. You are not free unless hand in hand with the ability to succeed you have the opportunity to fail. Its a matter of responsibility and that decisions have consequences.
Every city you have mentioned has had Democratic leadership for the last thirty years and they have been stagnant pools of social dependency that encourage people to feel like victims who need guidance and are incapable of helping themselves. Dems have created every socialist welfare program and those programs have one goal; create and maintain an endentured constituency who believe that only government can solve their problems. It is not in the interest of Dems to ever solve those problems and the programs they created can never do that. Socialism cannot work. If they really cared they'd be encouraging these people to help themselves; not ask their neighbors to subsidize their self pity.
The problem with education in these cities is the content of the material not a lack of funding. If you teach the wrong things and ignore history you will get the dismal graduation rates that these cities perpetually enjoy.
As for your jab at Palin and her daughter: your classification of her being rich makes that seem like that makes her evil. Hmmm…I'm assuming you think she got rich just as a matter of taking advantage of others. Not like she worked hard and earned things like most middle class or higher folks in this country. It just demonstrates that the real evil people in this country are those who villify hard working people out of jealousy and dissatisfaction with their own lives. They want to spread misery equally with the false notion of fairness and they petition the government to steal on their behalf in order to accomplish this.
Short answer: They can be quiet and stop trying to destroy our nation.
