How can parents encourage language development during infancy? If you have any examples, please feel free to include them.

By not allowing them to be subject to rap music or else the babies first sentence will be yo byatch where ma 4 0 at. yo ass betta gets me mines or someones gettin fucked up. dats ma word yo. lol

    Don’t speak “baby talk”. No matter how cute the little darling is don’t goo-goo ga-ga at all. Speak in complete sentences and pronounce your words carefully. Children learn language by hearing it and repeating it; they repeat what they hear. If you say “I’m going to the store” your child will try to repeat that. If instead you say “m goin to da store” your child will try to repeat that.
