What are two most meaningful issues to be addressed in adolescence.?

The Adolescent years are among the most meaningful of the lifespan in terms of overall development, health, and well-being. Considering all the issues faced in the adolescent years, (puberty, peer group affiliation, autonomy, substance abuse, suicidal ideations, body image, sexuality, self-esteem, self-concept, etc…) discuss and defend your impression of the two most meaningful issues to be addressed in adolescence.

I would say self-esteem and self-concept. I've noticed that SO many teenagers have no idea who they are and they just blindly follow along with everyone else because they fear they will be alone otherwise. I would say that if you love yourself and have a good idea or who you are, you are a lot happier. I've noticed the teenagers who have a good sense of self tend to do better in school, have better friends and are a lot happier verses the ones who are either trying to be someone they aren't or are just confused.

The two most meaningful issues to be addressed in adolescence (I think) are teen pregnancy and drug abuse. I believe that teens need to continue to be more aware of teenage pregnancy and the downfall of becoming pregnant at an early age (re: finacial responsibilities, welfare responsibilities). I also believe that adolescents need to continue to be aware of drug abuse and how these drugs affect their lives and how the focus on drug abuse needs to change to enlightening on other positive aspects of living life positively.

two most meaningful issues are 1.education 2.peer groups
Quality education is needed during adolescence and is aimed more at occupying oneself
peer groups and social affiliations are one of the most important factors of making a proper person….
