I tried asking in Fashion & Accessories, but I’ll try here since you all rock

… Also any outfit suggestions? I was asked to do a bit of shopping for a relative’s son. He doesn’t really have a personal style and wasn’t helpful at all.

He’s average height for his age. Has quite a round bum and a bit of a belly but otherwise is the right weight for his height.

Since he suddenly grew up, it’s basically a new wardrobe. Also input from boys and girls in his age-group would be greatly appreciated and pictures would be great because I don’t get description of clothes very well.

I usually wear white hanes shirts, or button up shirts, and jeans. I keep it simple.

Dark jeans kinda skinny by not butt leg hugging. Umm hollister tshirt are adorable on guyssss and vans or converse

A box of tissues for cleaning up after ‘batting’- you don’t want him to let it sink into the carpet or sheets like some people.

The outfit depends where you live, hot climate: T-shirts and boardies all the way.

Skinny jeans no matter what anyone else says you need skinny jeans. Vans shoes and belts, tight or loose shirts

Definitely 3 or 4 pairs of nice jeans. Ask him what types of jeans he likes (baggy, skinny, normal, etc.)

He also needs T-Shirts of standard colors and probably those button down shirts that you can wear over them.

A BELT IS A MUST. It should be beige or brown, since those are the most versatile. Try getting him those trendy ones that are just a strap usually of cloth and have those two ring things.

All-around shoes like Nikes or Converses are good.

Unless its formal, I wear jeans, sometimes dark blue, sometimes black and a t shirt. The t shirt are usually black concert shirts and stuff like that. I have boxers, a lot of socks (both white and black) and 3 pairs of shoes, one for everyday use, a back up everyday use, and a formal black ones. Also, I have a couple nice button up shirts, and two dress pants. A hoodie and or a jacket would be useful, too. Plus a plain black or brown belt should be fine.

I just turned fourteen and I’m a girl!
I think any jeans that are not too tight like skinny jeans, but not too loose, would be great! Something from American Eagle fits really well on most guys. Also having some shorts, like basket-ball shorts and swim shorts even would be great for gym class.
I also think for shirts, a good muscle shirt is a must have, in white or black! Any kind of shirt is good too, mostly t-shirts depending on where you live though, I live in a cooler, climate, usually between 8 C- 20 C is the average spring day. A lot of the guys here don’t wear long sleeved shirts, mostly just t-shirts. If you do choose long sleeved, just do a simple button-up shirt
Also, a really great thing to have is a few sweaters, again, depending on where you live! Zip-up sweaters are very good too!
As for shoes… Sneakers. They are the best thing.
